ACCELERATE your SPIRITUAL AWAKENING

The Kingdom of God is Within You

Our non-duality online programs (found at the-Christ.net) are based on the teachings of Christian mystic David Hoffmeister. They are focused on an experience of truth… not just an intellectual understanding. This experience of the Kingdom of God within that Jesus spoke about 2000 years ago can only come to a mind willing to be emptied of everything it thinks it knows.

As Jesus also shares in Lesson 189 of A Course in Miracles, “Simply do this: Be still, and lay aside all thoughts of what you are and what God is; all concepts you have learned about the world; all images you hold about yourself. ²Empty your mind of everything it thinks is either true or false, or good or bad, of every thought it judges worthy, and all the ideas of which it is ashamed. ³Hold onto nothing. ⁴Do not bring with you one thought the past has taught, nor one belief you ever learned before from anything. ⁵Forget this world, forget this course, and come with wholly empty hands unto your God.

Non-Dual Mind Training

“An untrained mind can accomplish nothing.” ~A Course in Miracles

One of the things that distinguishes our non-dual teachings from other non-dual traditions is the necessity of mind-training and following the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Training the mind to follow one’s Spirit instead of the ego is essential in the Awakening process, for only through the Spirit can we discover the presence of stillness within. The mind that is still is full of clarity, peace, and light.

In our online programs, you will learn to observe your thoughts and feelings and let them go. When we become mindful, we can observe the patterns and decisions that come from fear, doubt, and guilt. Through true forgiveness we open to new ideas and life becomes fresh and invigorating. This is an open door to the mysteries of life.

It is important to keep in mind that the purpose of words is simply to point towards the experience that is beyond them. Different spiritual traditions each have their own terminology, but we predominantly use the language of Christian mysticism based on the non-dual teachings of Jesus in ACIM.

For example, some non-dual traditions refer to the mind as the ego, and teach to drop the mind entirely. We, however, refer to two thought systems: one of love (Holy Spirit) and one of fear (ego). There is a focus on mindfulness and mind training in order to allow a full and complete transcendence from identification from the ego to identification with Spirit. Awareness of the Christ Mind, our true Identity being one with God, dawns naturally through a consistent, devotional practice of mind training.
